We are newcomers to Canada and were looking for a rental home with no specific neighbourhood in mind. Martli had coffee with us, asked a number of questions about us and our lifestyles, and then knew exactly what we needed. She recommended areas that would suit us. We looked at some properties and found the perfect one within 4days. We felt so comfortable with her and she represented us very well with the letting agent/owners as well. Apart from that she has a wealth of knowledge about the area, of Canada, and of the regulations. She gave us great tips and she still answers some of our questions to this day. When we arrived in Toronto we identified Oakville or Burlington as the areas when would want to live in and I reached out to a few agents to assist us in finding a suitable home. Martli replied within a few minutes and we met for coffee the following morning to discuss our requirements. That same evening she sent us a few properties to look at and booked appointments for us to view the propeties the following day. We ended up viewing 21 properties before we found the perfect house for us and Martli gave great advice on the pros and cons of every property we viewed and was very supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process.
She was quick to seal the deal with the owner and negotiated great terms of the contract for us.

Martli really is just an incredible human being. She reached out on a FB post and gave incredible personalized attention to my needs. She phoned me and communicated, video called to show me places and secured a lease before landing for me.
Upon landing, she went above and beyond, drove me around the city to show me places and gave me lots of advice about where to shop and how to navigate novel home experiences in Canada (like thermostats, filters, recycling and trash picks ups and move). She is such a warm and genuinely caring person that I HIGHLY recommend her services when looking for a home. If you are looking for a home in the Toronto area I can highly recommend Moves by Martli . She really went out of her way to make sure we found a place we really liked.
